What do you class as a simple tax return?
Up to 4 Payment Summeries and up to 5 deductions.
How much does it cost?
$176.00 – This charge is for a simple tax return. We compile your return and lodge it with the ATO on your behalf. The ATO sends the assessment to us and we review it to make sure everything is in order. We then deduct our fee and deposit the balance to your bank account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Direct Deposit to our account, cash or cheques.
How long does the whole process take?
Once you have submitted your documents to us our accountant will prepare your return and then he/she will email it to you. Your Income Tax Return, Your Income Tax Estimate and a letter explaining same will be forwarded to you. If you would like our fee to be deducted from your refund, you will also get an authority for you to fill in and sign.
You will need to email, fax or post back to us the very last page of the Income Tax Return and the Authority. Once we receive these two things, we can go ahead and lodge your return with the ATO. Once it is lodged it usually takes around 10 – 14 days.
Do I need to provide identification?
No, we do not require any identification from you. However you will be required to provide your tax file number (TFN) and all relevant documents. In case of a discrepancy in the data, the Tax Office may reject your tax return.
You will however need to keep all of your documents and evidence to support your Income Tax claim for a minimum period of 5 years in case of audit or investigation.
Will I need to sign anything?
Yes, once we email you your return you can simply print the return and check it over. The very last page of the return is the lodgement authority. We need this on our files to say that you have signed off on your return. If you don’t have a printer or a scanner, you can email us and tell us that you have looked over the return and you give your authority for us to lodge it with the ATO.
What information do I need to supply?
We will require from you, the following forms to start preparing your tax return.

What will I receive when everything is complete?
You will receive an email with your Income Tax Return, your Income Tax Return Estimate, A Namro Services letter and a Namro Services authority to deduct our fee from your refund should you choose this option.
Do I need to post anything or lodge anything in hard copy?
No, you do not need to provide the Australian Tax Office with a hard copy of your return. Our electronic system will lodge your tax return. You should print and sign a copy of your return and retain it for five years. In some special circumstances your accountant may request a hard copy or an email of the scanned documents.
